SUMMARY of the meeting held in Llangybi Village Hall Tuesday 20th December 2011

Matters Arising

Planning

DC/2011/00920 New House Barn Clerk to respond: "The C.C. understands the application has been withdrawn and we wait your further advice."

DC/2011/01054 New House Farm Clerk to respond: "In our view the Deposit Access Statement (together with the plans) makes a good case for what is a sympathetic set of proposals that will retain what is distinctive about a listed building and will re-introduce features that were once part of the house but were changed or lost e.g. staircase and new iron rainwater grills etc. Council is content to approve."

LDP Site RepresentatIons Comment Form: responses to these proposals go direct to the Inspectorate, and do not constitute MCC LDP’s position, which is as it was in the Final Deposit Plan. Chairman Cllr Love proposed that Council maintain its previous stance and that tests of Soundness could be applied to the new representation site, including a question of whether that new site had a full sustainability study. There would also be a need for Council’s response to re-iterate its previous reasons, to hold a consistent approach. A draft would be agreed at the January meeting.
